Technician Vicki did a great job checking our system and making sure everything was working fine. She found a drain issue and fixed it and checked the temperature at each register to make sure the output was correct. I was furnished a report on air quality, ductwork air leaks, filter, cooling coil condition, and air purification. All checked in good order. Annual maintenance contract was renewed.
