I would like to thank you for being able to get to repairing my AC problem as quickly as you did. Mostly I would like to tell you how wonderful I think your technician Trey is. Trey was very polite. Knowing that I am hearing impaired he did some things that I usually have to beg others to do and that is : Talking slowly and distinctly so that I can understand what he was saying as well as looking at me at all times when he was speaking to me so that he could be certain I was hearing him. On top of that, Trey was very thorough and methodical with his approach to troubleshooting the problem. Trey kept me informed as he was troubleshooting the problem. Trey explain the issue concisely, in detail, and in clear plain language. Trey provided me with a clear understanding of how to resolve the issue and on how to reduce the frequency of the issue... And that last step is something that a lot of technicians fail to do. Trey explain to your annual maintenance program very clearly. He was very precise in outlining the services included in that program. I believe that the maintenance program is an exceptional price for the services provided. Trey also provided me with information on the sanitation service you have. I personally believe that service is something that I do need and I will be following up on within 30 days. Trey did an exceptional job and was exceptionally polite and professional. Trey represented your company in a very positive manner and was an outstanding in his work.
