I have a dual heating HVAC unit that had been failing, but Dale's sent me a technician that did not rush and checked everything. They sent Derrick out who was patient and explained things very clearly. I didn't feel like they rushed, nor were they slow. The level of thoroughness was refreshing and reminded me of what quality used to be. It is so hard to find this level of integrity in companies anymore. I will not be using any other company for my HVAC needs ever again.
