The service men who worked on my furnace were clean, efficient and polite. As far as I can tell at this time, I should be all set for another year.
Service requested was for a new home that required some education on the current system. Service provider was knowledgeable, patient going over the details of the existing system and answered all questions.

Excellent service by technician Dan … called the office and spoke to a nice woman who helped me with a plan to split the payments for the service in to three as our Silver Plan did not cover the cost.

Will W. was the sixth tech to come out to my mom. He stayed around a bit longer and happened upon a hissing noise in the furnace. His tenacity discovered good news/bad news. Good news was he found the problem /bad news my mom needs a new boiler He went over and above to keep my mom comfortable by providing space heaters until the furnace can be replaced. He is by far a diligent, thorough tech and an asset to Sippin.
