Very happy with the response time and timely repair. Both individuals were professional & quick. I gave the price 5 stars although apparently the cost is covered by our contract and so worth it!
It was quick and easy to schedule an appointment for A/C tune up.
The tech was dismissive to my wife. He did not clean up after himself. I had boxes and clippings of wires all over the floor where the boiler was. Additionally, he did not turn back on the thermostat upstairs. Regarding my wife. When he asked her to do things. He was very condescending in his tone and approach to her when she didn't know what he was asking her to do where he should have done it himself since I was not present. This is not what I come to expect from Sippin. Please do not have this individual ever come back out to my house because of him being alone with my wife and being so dismissive and condescending it really made me angry. Jim S

I'm most surprised to hear this news, as Will is one of our most outgoing technicians, and I don't ever recall getting any negative feedback on his communication with customers (you can confirm that on our Google reviews). That being said, I will speak to him about it and see what the situation was. I imagine he was experiencing trouble elsewhere that day. Please except our apologies for the negative experience.
There was a problem when I realized there was no heat or hot water. Dan arrived quickly and although the annual check=up was last Friday by Sunday there was a clogged valve. It was fixed and I was warm again.
John arrived on time. He reviewed the water heater system and did the annual check-up and replacement of filters. He was very competent and knowledgeable.
