We were stumped. One zone in our house was overheating past the thermostat settings. Get a new thermostat? Call an electrician? Our plumber? Sippin? We called Sippin on an afternoon they were being bombarded with phone calls. They dispatched Jeff within an hour toward the end of the day. Called before normal hours with a No Heat issue. Had immediate response from the after hours operator and was soon called back from the Sippin office to advise when a tech would be at our house. Had communications when the tech was in route. What better service than that let alone the ssue was resolved with in minutes.
