Your service people were good however I still have the same problem that I have been complaining about for months Now they are telling me I need to spend more money and I am still making payment on this unit I did not have this problem before.

The tech, Dan, has been to our house before. Very friendly and knows what he is doing. Would rate his service very highly. The issue I have is: the monitor should probably never have been installed. For installation I had to make an appointment, block 4 hours. Wasn’t old that the monitor had a limited service life. Then you tell me it has to be removed, again, I have to make an appointment and block 4 hours. NOT very good customer service. The monitor goes from free to $48 a month?
