Service call that the Air Conditioner was not working for the Office/Training Building. Arrived onsite and SPOKE WITH Shawn about issue. Found the Indoor unit running and the Outdoor Unit running. System was not producing any cooling. Found system was completely out of Refrigerant. The Outdoor Condensing Unit has a Manufacturer year of 2012. The Indoor Evaporator Coil appears to be from 1996. The next step would be to Pressurize the system with 300 PSI of Nitrogen to determine the source of the leak. Due to the system using the old style Refrigerant of R-22, if the Leak was found it may not be cost effective to repair it, if it can be repaired. Another option would be to replace the Indoor Coil and Outdoor Unit with a new AC system that uses 410-A Refrigerant. The Furnace is from 2008. Another option would be to replace the AC and Furnace together. Included an estimate for the price to Pressure Test the system.
