Drained and removed old water heater. Installed new navien tankless water heater. Mounted on wall and converted to propane. Ran new copper piping and installed new valves. Installed condensate pump and ran vinyl to discharge line. Installed new receptacle. Reconnected vent. Connected gas line and sprayed all fittings in room and found no leaks. Tested water heater operation and adjusted gas flow to spec. Performed heat tune up on furnace. Checked all electrical connections and components. Tested unit in heat and performed a combustion test and checked gas pressures. Tested temp rise. Cycled thermostat. Cleaned flame sensor. Noticed burners on furnace were very rusty and corroded and should be replaced. Will contact customer with quote. Everything else on furnace looked good.
