Check your thermostat batteries! Actually just change them every year. Everything looked like it was working but it wasn't. Kurt replaced the batteries and all was well ... and still is almost a month later. He also measured the heat output via air flow and heat rise and it was a bit more than the unit is rated for. All good results. Also, not all the HVAC guys know how nor have the equipment to do this measurement. I was pleased.
