Chiller outlet pipes are condensing/sweating esp at chiller pump and parts of piping that are not insulated. Condensate is piped to mechanical room with only an inch of 1 1/2†PVC protruding from wall. Wall fan/coil unit not draining, pan switch open. Replaced 16x25x2 filters with 16x25x1 filters. Air Temp splits measured @ air handler k. 57% RH @ return in basement. Penny approved estimate to pipe 1 1/2†PVC condensate to floor drain in mechanical room.
