Performed oil boilers tune up/cleaning, cleaned heat exchanger and flue pipe, replaced oil filter nozzle and adjust electrodes, test transformer ok pump and motor checked out ok, when changing filter noticed valve at the tank was leaking little bit, tightened packing and nut was able to hold, informed customer about valve leaking, customer is aware, check water pressure and test boiler summer winter design low water 160 high temp is set to 180 F 15 psi at 180 F test limit ok performed smoke and combustion test cycle unit noticed primary is from original install date 1998 if customer continues to have intermittent issue new primary will be needed emailed proposal for for replacement
