Performed ac tune up on heat pump, check electrical low and high voltage connections, replaced filter, flushed drain and test pump, vinyl tubing is in bad shape would highly recommend replacing vinyl, inspect indoor coil and blower, I can see some bacteria inside air handler, would recommend installing air purifier to prevent any further bacteria growth, also is a finished basement and it does not have wet switch around uni, would recommend installing water sensor wet switch wired into the unit, check outdoor unit and check refrigerant pressures capacitor and contactor, check wiring, some of the low voltage wires are miss ingredients insulation bare wires exposed to ground and other wires, informed customer about wiring issue provided an estimate to repair wires and customer decided to passed on wire repairs.
