Performed precision oil tune up on carrier oil furnace. Replaced Aprilaire 413 air filter. Checked all electrical conections and components. Replaced.50x60a nozzle. Replaced garbar spin on oil filter. Checked draft. Performed smoke test. Performed combustion test. Oil furnace is working fine at time of service. Explained the maintenance plan to homeowner.

Performed 6 month inspection on a newly installed heat pump system. Checked over entire system. Indoor and outdoor coil are clean. All voltage proper and wiring clean and secure. Outdoor board and capacitor are in perfect shape. All insulation in great shape. Temp splits are really good. Pressures are good. Outdoor ambient temp 75 at time of test. System operating perfectly at time of 6 month inspection. Tested emergency heat and emergency heat working properly in both stages. Total amp draw - 59amps. (Both stages of backup heat)
Performed Quality Assurance inspection on a newly installed Amana Heat Pump system. Inspection both the indoor and outdoor units to ensure system has been installed to proper specifications. Very nice looking install and no issues found. System running good at time of Quality Assurance inspection. Client is very happy with the equipment, installation, the crew that installed it and DiBiase as a whole.
Reclaimed and removed old ac unit . Cut out old airhandler. And replaced unit with a new AMana airhandler with a 15kw heat kit. Adapted all duct work as needed. Taped and sealed all joints. Replaced drain with a new ez trap and wired it in to the unit and ran a wetswitch as well . Installed a new amana heater pump on snow feet . Flushed copper lines and brazed and leak checked with nitrogen and soapy bubbles . Vacuum down to 120 microns. Installed a new disconnect box and electrical wipe to heat pump . Put heat pump on new plastic pad. Checked operation of unit in heating and cooling and unit is running at manufacture specifications. Installed a t6 thermostat.
