Arrived to do two ac maintenance’s one in the attic for an ac only and a heat pump in basement. Attic system: Checked thermostat for operation, checked and changed filter, primed and cleaned EZ trap, checked blower motor amp draw, tightened all electrical connections, checked temperature split. Went outside and checked compressor amp draw, condenser fan motor amp draw, checked dual capacitor and refrigerant pressures. System is working correctly at this time. Basement system: Checked thermostat for operation, checked and changed filter, primed and cleaned EZ trap, checked blower motor amp draw, tightened all electrical connections, checked temperature split. Went outside and checked compressor amp draw, condenser fan motor amp draw, checked dual capacitor and refrigerant pressures. System is working correctly at this time.
