Performed Six Month Inspection on American Standard Gas Furnace/AC system. Replaced the High Efficiency 413 Air Filter which was dirty. Inspected Wiring on Indoor and Outdoor Units. Reviewed Programming on Furnace Control Board. Checked Condensation Pump and EZ Trap to ensure they were clear. Tested Safety Switch on EZ Trap. Put system in Air Conditioning Mode and measured Refrigerant Charge on Unit. System is operating to standards. Recommend using the “Circulate†feature on the Thermostat for the Fan. This will intermittently turn the Blower Fan on/off in between Heating/Cooling Cycles. This can help circulate air through the house which can help improve the overall Comfort within the home.
