Initially I was happy the individual scheduling could fit me in on the very day I called DiBiase for HVAC service. I had service the day prior from another company and was not happy with the diagnosis and the suggestions which were proposed to me. These suggestions were made without being able to produce a valid reason (in my mind) for the replacement of my entire HVAC system. Kurt and Shawn from DiBiase were on time and very personable. They were attentive to my description of the issue with my HVAC. They both explained every thing they were doing, diagnosed the issue and suggested an affordable and effective remedy, where the other vendor suggested a complete replacement of the entire system. Very happy I got a “second opinion” from DiBiase. DiBiase will be my HVAC vendor moving forward.
