We recovered from old outdoor unit and disconnected the line set and wiring. Disconnected the inside unit from the duct board return and plenum, and removed it from the basement. Ran new line set and thermostat wire from the outdoor unit to the indoor unit and clamped it to the ceiling and zip tied it every 2 feet. Set new outdoor pad on rocks that were leveled out, we set the new unit on that with iso pads. Connected new line set to outdoor unit and brazed it in, installed new disconnect and low volt to outdoor unit. We put in 12 once’s of charge according to the line set length. Brazed in the new line set to new inside unit and also did high volt with new box, switch, and outlet. Connected new low volt wire and existing thermostat to new unit. Installed a new metal plenum to new unit and taped it sealed. Made new metal filter rack making it a 1x24x16 filter. Ran new section of black iron to existing gas line and added a new union.
