New Maintenance Plan 2021-2022.......performed ac tune up on two units, attic and basement unit check both filters, attic unit has no easy trap only wet switch, indoor coil has sign of leaks, major rust on coils, added water on primary and seen not issues draining, check temp split 16 degree split, check refrigerant pressures system is low on refrigerant sub cooling is 3 degrees name plate is 14, second floor needs refrigerant, on first floor found indoor coil leaking also needs refrigerant sub cooling is 5 temp split btu units are from 2010 would recommended replacement of systems bill to come out tomorrow for system replacement options
