Performed Precision Heating tune up on the First Floor and Second Floor systems. Replaced high Efficiency Air Filters provided by homeowner for each system. Inspected all electrical components and cleaned accessible furnace drain lines and hoses. The attic system drain ties in with the first floor system drain and empties into the foundation. Would recommend installing EZ Traps for each AC drain Aline and a condensation Pump for the first floor system to alleviate the foundation drainage. While inspecting units also found both systems flame sensors testing ok but both were starting to become pitted. Cleaned flame sensors and tested. Would recommend replacement of both OEM Flame Sensors. Performed Combustion Testing on both systems. Spoke with homeowner about installing a Bypass Humidifier for the first floor system.
