We have 2 furnaces. It's December. One stopped working and the other was due for service. I found DiBiase on Yelp, with several great reviews. Called them and they sent Luis and Mike out within hours. They were very professional, courteous, explained the issues and gave us an honest opinion. One of the furnaces was toast. The other was serviceable, with some repairs, but because it was 20y.o. it would be throwing good money after bad and should be replaced. I asked for a quotation. Luis called the office and Sarah (very helpful lady who is a master-communicator) set us up with an appointment with Bill. He arrived an hour later assessed our needs and gave multiple options for replacement. Throughout this process, I received constant text updates on arrival times, pictures of who was going to arrive etc. Excellent communication, competitive bids, friendly service personnel. All-in-all, a really professional outfit. I first called DiBiase at 9.00am this morning and by 3.50pm, I have 2 furnaces checked out and I just received detailed quotations by email for 2 new units. WOW. We will be definitely ordering 2 furnaces from DiBiase.
