I can't say enough to indicate how pleased I am with Dibiase as a company and the the professionalism and service of their technicians and support staff. One week ago, I was faced with a defunct furnace in my garage/workshop and a failing, 20+ years old furnace in my house. I am delighted with purchasing experience - Bill (Dibiase consultant) listened to my needs and after following his advice, we agreed on a proposal and negotiated a very fair price. Two days ago a crew of 3 technicians (Paul, Dave and one other who's name I forget - sorry) arrived to tear out the old system and install a high-end, two-stage heat pump with gas furnace for the main house. These guys really know their stuff, they were respectful of our property (especially considering it was pouring down most of the day) their attention to detail was unmatched, everything is logically and neatly laid out, they cleaned up and explained how everything works, then emailed a report and my receipt before they left. Yesterday, they returned to install a new furnace in the garage/workshop (which was not a straightforward job). Once again - an absolutely professional job. I was told there would be a quality inspection in the coming weeks and a 6-month follow-up to make sure everything is as it should be. For sure I will set up a service contract with them. Throughout all this, the communication with Dibiase office & sales staff and technicians was such that I was constantly kept up-to-date with progress, technician arrival times etc. Responses to my questions (verbal, text or email) was immediate. Today it's 16 degrees outside and we are snuggly warm, loving our new systems. This is company is a class act - it's how a business should be run. They really know how to win customers (and keep them).
