AC tune Ups for 3 AC systems. All electric motors and components ok. Indoor amps/compressor amps/outdoor voltages ok. Replaced 19x22x1 filter in 3rd floor system. Temperature splits/refrigerant pressures/superheat for 1st and 3rd floor systems ok. All coils are in good condition. Air Handler number 2 had a 14F temperature split when I took first reading. Superheat 45/46 outdoor temp 69 indoor WB 76. Target superheat 38. Charged system, adding 8oz R22 refrigerant pressures/temp splits were at designed values. Filters for AH1 and AH2 ok. Note to Mike and Corey I used the last 19x22x1 filter for AH#3. There is a box of 20x20x1 filters in the basement.
