Noise from system, found blower making some noise, found tree leaf inside wheel making noise, removed leaf and noise went away, check supply and return air ok, would recommend system replacement, we just replaced furnace, would highly recommend replacing ac unit before it goes, please reach out to customer regards new ac system, tony should have all the info needed.
Performed QA on Amana Gas Furnace install. Completed checklist form in system. Homeowner was not home during QA visit. Tested system in Heating mode and performed combustion testing. Measured static pressure and temperature delta. This install passed the QA. Guys did a nice job and no corrections were needed. Turned thermostat back down to 64 Degrees and locked front door upon departure.
Removed all natural gas 80% furnace braced coil and air slid new 80% natural gas furnace in same spot installed new filter rack with filter sealed around filter rack, installed new gas piping to new heater, install new 26 gauge sheet in between furnace and coil seal all holes, insulated coil and Plenum, install new 1900 box with a switch and outlet, install 4 x 4 junction box on right side of heater room with cover plate installed new 4 inch venting smoke pipe sealed at all checked gas pressures adjusted to 3.50 inches of water column, did combustion test,, tested all operations all good at time of completion of install cleaned up work area and left thermostat set to 65 which is what customer had at time of arrival, no one home customer was in hospital no one home to collect,
