Dibiase did a wonderful job. Very respectful about our home and took the time to explain everything in detail. They were also very realistic about the best fix for the situation. I never felt like they were just trying to sell me something. Highly recommend, 5/5 stars!
No ac heat pump not running, found outdoor heat pump void of charge r22 also indoor air handler calling for ac but one element is energized 18 amps, new system is required...consultation for new system is set up for tomorrow
Performed ac tune check electrical low and high voltage, check filter ok, check blower motor and capacitor ok check supply and return air temperature check outdoor unit refrigerant pressures capacitor and contactor found capacitor reading below standard cycle unit ok
Performed ac tune up check electrical low and high ok replace filter 413 flushed drain test pump ok check split check outdoor unit refrigerant pressures capacitor and contactor ok coil is clean cycle unit ok
No ac, found System off at the thermostat set thermostat at air-conditioning mode 60° inside temperature is 74° check air filter OK check supply and return temperatures supply temperature it’s 64 return temperature 74 for only 10° difference check outdoor unit refrigerant pressures found system low on refrigerant r22 called John and explained problem, quoted for refrigerant and also provided price to install New condenser unit and indoor coil, customer decided to just add refrigerant for now. Added 2 lbs of refrigerant pressures 180/70 with 12 super heat and 12 sub cooling supply temp 54 return temp 74
Performed ac tune up check electrical low and high ok flushed drain test pump ok check blower cap and motor ok found system running with 13 split, check outdoor unit refrigerant pressures capacitor and contactor, cleaned outdoor coil, added refrigerant and dye into system customer ok repairs, after repairs recheck system pressures and temps now split is up to 19 pressures 220/100 cycle unit ok
Found 40/5 mfd capacitor tested at 37/5 mfd recommend replacement. Installed new 40/5 mfd capacitor. Also performed precision a/c tune up on amana a/c system. 20x25x1 air filter is clean. Checked all electrical conections and components. Checked temperature split at indoor unit. Tested capacitors inside and out. Blew out condensate drain. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures at indoor and outdoor units. A/c system is working fine at time of inspection.
Performed 6 month inspection on recently installed ac unit check electrical low and high voltage ok customer will replace filter, check pump flushed drain ok check supply and rerun air ok airflow set 1560 at second stage, outdoor pressures capacitor and capacitor ok super heat and sub cooling within specifications cycle unit ok
Performed gas heat inspection check electrical low and high voltage ok replaced air filter, cleaned flame sensor, check supply and return temperature, check blower cap, gas pressure ok combustion test cycle furnace ok, recommended adding whole house humidifier emailed proposal
Performed heating maintenance m replaced standard air filter, checked voltage, amperage and electrical connections, measured capacitor values. Tested electric back up heaters. Started heat pump, tested defrost cycle, calculated btu output. Checked operation and temperature rise across coil.
Heat tune up for 80kBTU single stage American Standard natural gas furnace. 40F temp rise. Cleaned flame sensor, verified HSI. Replaced filter. Electric motors mechanically sound. 6.47 amp draw. Verified thermostat operation. Adjusted gas pressure from 3.89 to 3.5 In. WC. Burners/heat exchanger in good condition. Combustion test good. Furnace is operating well at the time of this maintenance/tune up.
When I arrived found furnace lighting and shutting off. Found flame sensor was dirty. Cleaned flame sensor and now furnace is staying running. Cleaning the flame sensor is part of service so just performed precision heat tune up on 80% trane gas furnace. 16x25x1 air filter is clean. Checked all electrical conections and components. Checked temperature rise. Blew out pressure switch tubing. Performed combustion test. Gas furnace is working fine at time of inspection.
Performed precision heat tune up on 2 trane 80% gas furnaces. Both 16x25x1 air filters are clean. Cleaned both flame sensors. Checked all electrical conections and components. Found both blower capacitors to be low, replaced both 10 mfd capacitors. Checked temperature rise on both systems. Checked gas pressure. Performed combustion test. Gas furnaces are working fine at time of inspection.
No heat, tenant stated flames kept going off after seconds of startup, check furnace operation and noticed that burners ignite but after seconds it goes off, check flame rectification to ground, and reading zero, also check other electrical components, and found blower capacitor reading below it minimum rating explained findings to John the land lord and he approved the repairs, after cleaning flame sensor and performed flame rectification test and now is reading 3 micro amps, also replaced blower cap, performed combustion test and check supply and rerun air ok replaced new filter, cycle furnace ok
Performed gas furnace tune up check electrical low and high voltage, check blower capacitor and blower motor, cleaned flame sensor, check manifold pressure ok, performed combustion test check supply and return air temp ok system is working within specifications
Heat tune up on Amana two stage natural gas furnace. Cleaned flame sensor; checked hot surface ignitor; cleaned secondary drain from tubing. Replaced Aprilaire 413 filter. Inducer capacitor good. Combustion test proves integrity of heat exchanger and efficiency of the system (97%). 45F temp rise. System is operating well at the time of this maintenance/tune up.
