Arrived to do ac maintenance, checked thermostat for operation, changed filter, checked temperature split, checked blower motor amp draw, checked compressor amp draw, checked condenser fan motor amp draw, checked dual capacitor, checked refrigerant pressures. Everything is working correctly at this time.
Performed precision a/c tune up on amana a/c system. Replaced Aprilaire 413 filter. Checked all electrical conections and components. Blew out condensate drain. Checked temperature split. Recommend installing an ecm surge protector. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures at indoor and outdoor units. A/c system is working fine at Time of service.

Found furnace running when I arrived. Did find furnace igniter in pretty rough shape, recommended replacement of igniter. Replaced igniter and tested furnace operation. Furnace does cycle on and off of limit some due to duct work. Found dirty 14x20x1 air filter. Let John know about air filter due not have this size on the truck. Performed combustion test, gas furnace is working fine at time of service
