Arrived to do ac maintenance, checked thermostat for operation, changed filter, checked temperature split, checked blower motor amp draw, checked compressor amp draw, checked condenser fan motor amp draw, checked dual capacitor, checked refrigerant pressures. Everything is working correctly at this time.
Performed precision a/c tune up on amana a/c system. Replaced Aprilaire 413 filter. Checked all electrical conections and components. Blew out condensate drain. Checked temperature split. Recommend installing an ecm surge protector. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures at indoor and outdoor units. A/c system is working fine at Time of service.

Checked compressor amp draw, checked condenser fan motor amp draw, checked refrigerant pressures. System has no heat load in house and low outdoor air temp. System is working correctly at this time.

Found furnace running when I arrived. Did find furnace igniter in pretty rough shape, recommended replacement of igniter. Replaced igniter and tested furnace operation. Furnace does cycle on and off of limit some due to duct work. Found dirty 14x20x1 air filter. Let John know about air filter due not have this size on the truck. Performed combustion test, gas furnace is working fine at time of service
Qa inspection. Checked low and high voltage. Checked combustion. Checked air flows and statics . Tested thermostat. Checked outdoor unit . Checked line set . Ran system through tests . System is running good at time of visit.

Performed two gas furnaces check ups, check electrical low and high voltage connections cleaned flame sensors check burners performed combustion test cycle furnaces ok check both filters ok 413 check static pressure and temperature rise, check indoor air humidity and found to be low informed customer about findings and provided estimate to add whole house humidifier for both systems.
No error code @ control board. Made call for heat; trial for ignition completed but stopped within seconds. Checked flame sensor. Cleaned flame sensor. Cycled furnace twice. Flame recitification circuit. 1.6uA. Checked filter. Checked capacitor. Checked wiring. Cycled furnace 3 times and allowed furnace to run long enough to satisfy call for heat. Combustion/draft test: Good Furnace is operating well at the time of this service.
Found no gas pressure at inlet of gas valve. Found gas meter locked out at gas meter by UGI. Landlord called UGI and attempted to have UGI come out while I was on site for me to be able to check system operation. Replaced 16x25x1 filter. Checked hot surface ignitor ignitor ohms. Cleaned flame sensor. Earliest UGI can get to property on Tuesday.
Removed hot water heater and installed a new amana gas furnace in existing location. Installed a new amana coil on top of furnace and modified supply metal as needed taped all ductwork. Modified return filter as much as possible but still fairly difficult to get out. Modified gas piping and checked for leaks with bubbles. Installed a ez trap and wet switch and tied in series to break 24v. Flushed copper lines and braces and leak checked with nitro and soapy bubbles. Customer not home so finance paperwork not signed. Tested unit out in heating and Cooling
Heat Tune up for 60KBTU natural gas furnace. Made call for heat from thermostat. Checked filter; ok. Checked flame sensor and hot surface ignitor. Checked static pressure. Checked gas pressures. Uploaded available CoolCloud updates. Combustion/draft test: Good Completed Furnace Inspection Form Furnace is operating well at the time of this maintenance. Homeowner renewed and paid for plan membership.
Found that system was shutting down more than likely beacause of a dirty air filter. Suggested to John that we perform a complete maintenance to ensure proper operation. Performed precision gas furnace tune up on amana gas furnace. Replaced 16x25x1 air filter. Checked all electrical conections and components. Blew out pressure switch tubing. Checked gas pressure at manifold. Checked temperature rise. Performed combustion test. Gas furnace is working fine at time of inspection.
