Performed Precision Heating tune up on the First Floor and Second Floor Gas Furnace systems. Replaced 24x30x1 And 16x25x1 air filters for both systems. Humidifier for the first floor system is not being used and is shut off. Inspected electrical components on each system. Cleaned flame sensors and inspected burners and heat exchangers. The Hot Surface Ignitor for the First Floor unit is worn and has discoloration present. Would recommend replacement of Ignitor before any issues occur. Tested Combustion and measured Air Temperatures on both systems. The second floor system in an attic. Would highly recommend installing an EZ Trap onto the AC drain Line for this system as it will add additional water safety protection to the system. Also noted that the Hot Water Heater is 22 Years old. Water heater is making banging and popping noises when it is heating indicating that it is not heating the water evenly. Due to the age and condition of the Water Heater would recommend replacement before
