Arrived at customers home and checked out upstairs toilet. Water was off to the toilet at the time. Checked flapper and that was in good shape. Did clean a little debris off the flapper. Turned on the water to the toilet. Would not stop flowing water even with the bobber all the way up. Tried flushing it a couple times and still does it. Lifted shutoff level all the way up and still flowed water. Replaced fill valve in toilet. Filled and flushed toilet multiple times. Works perfectly now. None of the faucets have any flow issues. No charge for this visit.
