Found condensation pump pumping water, water is coming from humidifier, check operation of humidifier and found humidifier wired straight from transformer, not getting signal from air handler, explained situation to customer the source of water coming off the Vinyl tubing outside, customer want to turned off humidifier does not want water to go outside potentially coils freeze, and also does not want to reroute vinyl tubing into main sewer, customer wants to keep humidifier off for now. For proper operation of humidifier we will need current sensing relay, required humidistat and move the water connections to the hot side of the water heater.
Maintenance Plan 2021-2022 Heat TuneUp For 3 ton Trane Heat pump system. Cleaned prefilter for Trane electronic air cleaner. Ran system in heating. Checked temp rise. Checked refrigerant pressures. Tested defrost. Checked 10KW strip heater. Both coils are in good condition. Checked all electric motors and components. Opened bypass humidifier damper and set humidistat to 35%. Humidifier pad is clean. Tested system in cooling as well; checked temp split. Completed AC/HP Tune Up Form Renewed plan membership. Heat Pump is operating well at the time of this maintenance.
Performed gas furnace tune up. Cleaned flame sensor. Inspected burners and ignition assembly. Checked gas pressure. Blew out all condensate lines. Tested operation of condensate pump. Performed a combustion test. Checked air filter, looked clean at this time. Checked gas line for leaks. Tested blower capacitor. Ran system and checked temp rise. System running well at time of service. Advised customer on some safety concerns. Would like to hold off until spring.
Performed heat pump tune up. Checked all electrical connections and components. Tested electric heat kit. Checked supply and return temp in both heating modes. Checked blower capacitor. Cleaned electrostatic filter. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures. Outlet 120 ambient 37. Checked outdoor capacitor. Found vinyl discharge line ran outside with humidifier. Recommend rerouting into septic line. System running fine at time of service.

Performed ac tune up, check electrical low and high ok flushed drain test pump, replace filter, check split ok, check outdoor unit, unit is running very hard, ac unit not rejecting all the affectively, creating high pressures, which means compressor and fan motor working harder, coil is clean, check capacitor and contactor ok, unit is not performing the way it should be doing, it is cooling, but is working at extremely conditions would recommend replacing system
