Five years ago, I never heard of this company, my heater died on the coldest day of the year and I called everyone that I had seen advertised on TV and no one would come out. Someone gave me this name and they were here in a heartbeat. Same thing happened with my AC going out on the hottest day this year, and guess who was here in a minute. Really, when you're freezing or too hot to even think and your system has a problem, there is nothing more important than knowing someone will be here to help. That is this company!
Luis was great. Thanks for sending him

Service was great, on time and Luis is very helpful and professional.👍
Performed quality assurance on daikin mini split heat pump. Found electric fead not sealed. Siliconed around electric. Checked temperature split and rise in heating and cooling. Checked electrical conections. Made sure homeowner understands how to use the remote. System is working fine at time of service.
Installed new Daikin mini split. Head unit mounted inside kitchen towards hallway. Installed new line set and line hide. Installed outdoor unit on stone and leveled pad. Installed new wire and 30 amp breaker to supply power for outdoor unit/head unit. Completed all connections with flare tite fittings and torqued to manufacturers specifications. Completed all wiring for head unit and outdoor heat pump. Unit tested in heating and cooling and is working properly.
Upon arrival found thermostat calling for heat but no flame or blower running, inducer running making high pitched sound, furnace is not working properly, after performing furnace inspection found that unit keeps going off on high limit, blower not coming on, found mother board relay not closing to bring blower, check blower operation and works ok, at this time could not performed tune up due to the furnace needing some parts, explained situation to Harry and quoted for repair customer ok repsirs and paid 50% office will get back to customer regards rerun call with new parts and come back to finished up tune up installed new inducer and fan timer also new thermostat cycle and test furnace ok also performed heat tune up, cleaned flame sensor, check manifold propane pressure ok performed combustion test ok replaced air filter, check supply and return temp ok cycle furnace ok,
Performed oil furnace tune up cleaning, cleaned heat exchanger and flue pipe, flue pipe needs to be changed, also replace oil filter and nozzle, noticed nozzle sized was .75x70B furnace is rated at 1.00x70B replaced nozzle with 1.70 but when system was put in test after cleaning, found to running in rough conditions so replace nozzle to .75x70B, also electrodes are in bad shape flat ends, could not replaced pump strainer could not stop the flow of oil, customer has underground tank and thinks is pretty full, so level could be higher than burner no other way is stoping flow, performed smoke and combustion test, noticed high co numbers, adjust air to fuel mixture, left side of heat exchanger levels are ok good CO2, oxygen, and CO OK, but I right side co levels go higher, performed smoke test and failed test, base on manufacture technical support, heat exchanger has failed and repairs and replacement should be done, turned electrical switch off to furnace, explained to customer about heat
Customer has oil furnace from 1987, customer stated that blower does not stops, check oil furnace operation, cycle couple times and fan did cycle off based on temp limit switch, did noticed burner chamber has two big cracks and front end is broken, also found electrodes almost flat at the ends, performed combustion test cycle furnace, blower motor and main pulley is making grinding noise, due to overall condition system should be replaced office will follow up tomorrow morning to schedule consultation of new havac system
Found oil furnace not firing. Oil tank was just filled. Thought at first that the nozzle was clogged but pulled it out and it was ok. Found transformer spark was ok but not that great. Recommend we replace the transformer. Replaced the transformer and made sure electrode gapping was correct. Furnace fired right up . There was a lot of un burned oil in the chamber , burned off and checked combustion readings. Oil furnace is working fine again at time of service.
Replaced blower motor, blower relay, motor wiring harness , and t-4 thermostat. Cycled on heat pump system in heating mode. Outdoor ambient air temperature is 46 degrees. 410a refrigerant pressures in heating mode are 291/103. Checked temperature rise in heating mode and it was exactly 20 degrees. Had Eric from hvac check over everything. We jumped out the indoor fan motor at wiring strip from rot g terminals and r to w terminals. Heat pump is cycling on and of correctly at time of service.
Performed heat pump tune and also oil furnace cleaning, check electrical low and high ok replaced both filters, check back up heat on heat pump, temp rise outdoor unit refrigerant pressures ok test defrost ok cycle heat pump ok. On oil furnace cleaned flue pipe heat exchanger and replace nozzle, oil filter, performed smoke and combustion test unit is working at the time of service cycle both units ok
Replaced blower relay with newer style relay. Call tech support to let them know the procedure that is being taken. Checked electrical conections on new core sense. Cycled heat pump threw emergency heat, heat pump heating, and cooling mode. Blower is coming on at the appropriate times. Let homeowner know that we are going through the steps to find out what is causing these lock outs to occur and to keep us informed if any new situation occurs.
Performed oil furnace tune up cleaning, clean heat exchanger through exchanger clean ports, and tried to clean as much as possible from rear flue. Very hard to removed flue, replace nozzle pump strainer and oil filter, performed smoke and combustion test ok check temp rise supply 120 rerun 73 cycle furnace ok
Customers thermostat has lost power, check 24 volts on air handler and at thermostat found 24 volts preset, check electric back up heat ok check outdoor unit and found burnt components on the outside heat pump, took photos os condition recommend replacing heat pump we will come out tomorrow to provide options to customer
After talking to homeowner about issue, he had mentioned that about 2 nights ago he had noticed the outdoor heat pump running, but not the fan at the indoor blower. Put gauges on system and got homeowner to give a call for heating. Called tech support and gave them model and serial numbers of indoor and outdoor heat pump. Had pressures ind heating mode at 68 degrees of 326/123. He wanted me to check the super heat in heating mode and verify static pressure. Static pressure was .5 w.c. . And had a super heat after 15 minutes of run time of 9.8. He had mentioned that possibly the ice cube relay inside the air handler was not picking up the fan, but homeowner said he had no issues in cooling mode. Told Phillip to keep any eye on it and give us feed back if he notices outdoor unit running with out the indoor blower,
No ac found outdoor unit locked out on code 2 compressor issues, check capacitor ok fan motor or ok reset unit and ran on heat and cool mode test defrost ok refrigerant pressures ok, air filter ok blower motor ok, would recommend a maintenance visit some time this fall or winter to double check unit, core sensor might have internally failed and may need to be replaced if same issues occurs
Performed gas heat tune up check electrical low and high ok replaced air filter, cleaned flame sensor, check burners ok check blower cap and motor ok, gas pressure ok combustion test cycle furnace and check supply and return air 135/73 system is working little harder to keep up with load
Performed oil heat tune up on furnace, check electrical low and high ok check air filter ok, clean heat exchanger and flue inspect and clean chimney base ok replaced nozzle, oil filter and pump strainer, noticed electrodes are flat at the ends, would recommend replacing them, clean flame cad cell cycle burner ok performed combustion and smoke test cycle furnace ok emailed proposal for electrodes replacement
