Luis does great work and we are always very pleased.
Luis always does a great job, is on time and is always very helpful.
Five years ago, I never heard of this company, my heater died on the coldest day of the year and I called everyone that I had seen advertised on TV and no one would come out. Someone gave me this name and they were here in a heartbeat. Same thing happened with my AC going out on the hottest day this year, and guess who was here in a minute. Really, when you're freezing or too hot to even think and your system has a problem, there is nothing more important than knowing someone will be here to help. That is this company!
Service Technician was on time, very nice, professional and completed work required. Very pleased.
Service was great, on time and Luis is very helpful and professional.👍
Knew what he was doing and had a lot of great info to share.
Performed QA on Trane Gas Furnace/AC system. Tested system heating and cooling. Performed combustion testing and measured gas pressures. Reviewed programming on system and at thermostat. Filled condensation pump to test discharge. Tested the EZ trap safety. Completed checklist form in system. Reviewed install with homeowner.
Completed AC tune up for 1.5 ton Amana/Unico AC system Replaced 14x25x1 filter Inspected condition of both the indoor and outdoor coil Measured temperature split (65-43=23°Good) and static pressure Ensured drains were clear. Verified operation of condensate pump. Inspected wiring, controls, electric motors and components including fan speed. Discussed and left previous email estimates for surge protectors. Verified integrity of compressor motors using megaohmeter. Homeowner discussed getting propane tanks to be able to convert basement system into hybrid (heat pump/propane furnace system) She also mentioned not being comfortable with heat pump (1st floor system) and high electric bills. I mentioned smart thermostat as a better way of controlling energy use. 2nd floor system that we installed is AC/electric heat with high velocity ductwork. Because it is electric heat only it represents a high percentage of electricity costs in winter. Monitored R410A refrigerant pressures and di
Spoke with customer and explains the project and all available options. He did not want to sit together and price he asked me to email. Getting multiple bids
Performed QA on Trane Gas Furnace/AC System. Homeowner had a lot of questions about the thermostat, rebates, and the financing. He also mentioned the Air Quality measurement did not seem to be working and was stuck on “Calibrating”. Turned power off to system for 10-15 minutes and when the thermostat rebooted the Air Quality sensor calibrated itself. He also mentioned the system drops 1-2 degrees before the heat comes on. He has it set to Eco+ with Enhanced energy savings which causes the thermostat to set itself back to be more efficient. Explained all of the settings and how the thermostat works with the Eco settings. Completed checklist form in system and had finance paperwork signed. *Homeowner was asking about his Financing and also about his final paperwork. I let him know once the financing has been paid to us we can send his paperwork with the PECO rebate information.*
2 Ton Mini split System with 1 indoor head in living room area. Found washable filters very dirty. And consequently low blower speed an poor performance. After cleaning washable filter, tested operations. Temperature rise (71-98= 27⁰) Good. Outdoor ambient temperature 48⁰F. Checked refrigerant pressures and diagnostics. 322 psi Good During run time approx 45 minutes. Primary thermostat temperature which is located in sane rose 4⁰ from 72⁰ to 76⁰ Checked for any obvious refrigerant leaks. Left estimate for plan memberships one for Mini split System. 1 for Oil furnace. Also discussed and left estimate for surge protector. Mini split System is operating well at this time. Collected diagnostic fee today.
Discuss with homeowner all the options that he could do from oil furnaces with heat pumps to converting to either propane or natural gas. System currently works just on its last leg so customer is hoping to get in front of it before he’s got a worry.
Completed plan member heat tune up for 80,000 BTU natural gas furnace Replaced 16x25x1 filter Inspected burners, heat exchanger, ignitor, inducer assembly, pressure switches and components Cleaned flame sensor with and verified flame rectification circuit Inspected wiring, controls, electric motors and components; there is no 120V switch at furnace. left email estimates for surge protection devices. Switch must be installed to be able to install surge protector. Confirmed proper manifold gas pressures Confirmed inducer vacuum in low and high fire operation Measured temperature rise and static pressure Inspected all components of drain Combustion, smoke and draft tests: Pass Indoor AC coil very rusted. Discussed and left estimate for AC+Gas Heat plan Membership. Furnace is operating well at the time of this tune up.
Installation of hard start assist and adding ac renew check operation of ac unit ok inrush amp draw 15 amps cycle ac unit ok
Performed ac tune up, found ac unit not working upon arrival, condenser fan motor not running, check electrical low and high voltage, can’t flushed drain not an opening to clean drain, check blower motor and cap, check outdoor unit found open fan capacitor, tried new cap for testing, found condenser motor getting hot more than normal, also unit is running low on refrigerant, refrigerant is no longer available, due to required repairs would recommend replacement of system, also found pressure relief valve from water heater leaking, water heater heater is from 2012. We could replace pressure relief valve or water heater replacement. Called Mary to let her know the situation but did not answer. System is from 2003 would highly recommend system upgrade.
Performed ac tune up, check electrical low and high voltage connections, flushed drain currently does not have ez trap, test pump ok check airflows, check filter ok, found some dirt/dust on blower wheel, check outdoor unit refrigerant pressures capacitor and contactor ok noticed compressor starts on high amps, would recommend adding hard start kit and adding ac renew. Cycle system ok. Customer is interested on compressor recommendations, office will get back to customer.
Performed precision a/c tune up on American standard a/c system. ( homeowner to replace dirty filter) odd size ( 2) filters put together to make 30x30x1. Found no surge protection on ecm blower motor, installed ecm surge protector. Checked temperature split at indoor unit. Blew out condensate drain. Checked all electrical conections and components. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures at indoor and outdoor units. A/c system is working fine at time of service.
Performed Quality Assurance on Bosch Heat Pump system. Reviewed installation with homeowner and answered any questions that he had. Completed checklist form in system. Ran system in heating mode and tested Temperature splits. Filled condensation pump to test operation. Tested EZ Trap Safety. This install passed the QA Inspection. No follow up needed. Collected check for remaining balance of installation.
