Luis does great work and we are always very pleased.
Luis always does a great job, is on time and is always very helpful.
Five years ago, I never heard of this company, my heater died on the coldest day of the year and I called everyone that I had seen advertised on TV and no one would come out. Someone gave me this name and they were here in a heartbeat. Same thing happened with my AC going out on the hottest day this year, and guess who was here in a minute. Really, when you're freezing or too hot to even think and your system has a problem, there is nothing more important than knowing someone will be here to help. That is this company!
Service Technician was on time, very nice, professional and completed work required. Very pleased.

They used compressed air through the pipes and multiple radiators and at least one pipe was discovered to be leaking air. Best route is to replace all of them to avoid future issues and address any pipes in the process of testing new radiators. Performed QA on Trane Gas Furnace/Heat Pump system. Reviewed installation with homeowner. She mentioned the upstairs was warmer than the downstairs. When we checked the system we increased the Minimum Capacity to 50% and increased the Cooling CFM. Also set the blower to Circulate mode. Talked to her about the attic insulation and let her know that would be the next area we would look at if it is still a problem with the temperature differences between the floors. Completed checklist form in system. No additional follow up needed. No yard sign was installed.
