Luis always does a great job, is on time and is always very helpful.
Five years ago, I never heard of this company, my heater died on the coldest day of the year and I called everyone that I had seen advertised on TV and no one would come out. Someone gave me this name and they were here in a heartbeat. Same thing happened with my AC going out on the hottest day this year, and guess who was here in a minute. Really, when you're freezing or too hot to even think and your system has a problem, there is nothing more important than knowing someone will be here to help. That is this company!
Luis was great. Thanks for sending him

Performed ac tune up check electrical low and high voltage ok replaced filter, flushed drain test pump ok check supply and return temperatures, cleaned condenser coil, check refrigerant pressures capacitor and contactor ok cycle unit ok would recommend replacing filter more often
Performed Quality Assurance on High Velocity System with Amana Outdoor AC Unit. Reviewed installation with homeowner. Corrected any issues that needed to be addressed. Completed Checklist form in system. No Follow Up needed. This Install Passed the QA Inspection. Only issue that was corrected was sealing up some air gaps in the supply ductwork.
Package air-conditioning unit now working found thermostat off upon arrival instructed customer to set thermostat to call for air-conditioning 65 checked AC operation found condenser fan motor not spinning check capacitor capacitor is within range noticed blade is very hard to turn...unit needs a new motor and blade. Blade would not come off the existing motor quote for repairs would recommended having home comfort consultant to come out and provide an estimate on replacement

No charge for today’s visit
Performed Precision Air Conditioning Tune Up on Heat Pump System. Replaced 16x20x1 Air Filter. Cleaned Drain Line and Condensation Pump. Inspected Electrical Components on Indoor and Outdoor Units. Measured Refrigerant Charge on system. System is running to standards.
No ac, talked to tenant upon arrival they explained me that the ac was working normal, on Monday they set the thermostat to 68 and ran all day, room temp was 73 never reached 68,,,,A/C system is working properly will be very hard to reach 68 degrees, design temperature is 74
Performed quality assurance on recently installed unit, did not passed inspection...unit has not work properly since installation, found system low on refrigerant, repaired leak at liquid line after repairing leak, evacuated Down to 350 microns, added 3 lbs of refrigerant system pressures are within manufacture specifications 275/140 with 5 sub cooling and 10 super heat, supply air 60 F return air 78F system is set up for 1045 cfm check airflow Throughout the house vents good flow coming out of all vents, cycle unit system is cooling great.
Performed ac tune up check electrical low and high ok replace filter check split flushed drain, ok check outdoor unit refrigerant pressures r22 ok capacitor ok noticed contactor has burnt marks on contacts also super boost Getting hot when unit is running informed customer about system condition, customer will wait until breaks completely

Reclaimed and removed old equipment. Installed new leveled pad, disconnect, whip and Amana condenser. Flushed lineset. Brazed in lineset with nitrogen. Installed new drip pan and unico high velocity system. Wired in control module and attached the 2 halves. Connected supply and insulated. Installed new ez trap and wet switch and wired to break r. Reattached condensate drain. Brazed in lineset with nitrogen and pressure tested to 300 psi then evacuated down to 167 microns. Wired in electric strip heater and tested. Tested in cooling and adjusted charge. System working great at time of install.
Business owner informed me that making a call for cooling at stat actually caused increase in room temperature. Made call for cooling. System ran in heat mode. Checked installer set up for proper reversing valve set up; ok. Found 18-5 wire at outdoor unit torn (reversing valve conductor severed). Called Harry to approve pricing/repair (diagnostic/low voltage wiring repair) rewired low voltage and secured in several spots. Tested system in cooling mode. 23F temp rise; ok.
Performed precision a/c tune up on 2005 Rheem a/c. 16x24x1 air filter was just replaced. Checked all electrical conections and components. Blew out condensate drain. Checked temperature split, found I was only getting a 14 degrees temperature split. Found system low on charge. Explained to homeowner that it is an r-22 System and both the furnace and a/c system should be replaced. Set up appointment with office to have a comfort consultant come and give a quote on replacement. A/c system is not working well at time of inspection.
Removed existing furnace and air conditioner. Installed new Amana furnace and air conditioner. Moved new outdoor unit to customer specifications. Flushed existing line set and made all necessary connections. Installed new disconnect and whip. Pressure tested and vaccumed down to 390. Added 6 ounces of refrigerant, cracked valves. Adapted to existing return. Built new supply plenum and sealed plenum. Installed new t-10 thermostat and went over with customer. Installed new condensate pump and moved discharge to sewer. Installed new ez trap. Adapted to existing gas and flue piping. Tested system in heating and air and went over install with customer. Cleaned work area.
Found that thermostat that was replaced last November has failed. Found that when thermostat was in cooling mode on the thermostat it was not picking up the o terminal to energize the reversing valve for cooling mode. Replaced Honeywell t-4 thermostat with Honeywell t-6 thermostat. Tested system in cooling mode. Heat pump is working fine at time of service. Honeywell thermostat is a warranty thermostat. Waived diagnostic fee.
