Five years ago, I never heard of this company, my heater died on the coldest day of the year and I called everyone that I had seen advertised on TV and no one would come out. Someone gave me this name and they were here in a heartbeat. Same thing happened with my AC going out on the hottest day this year, and guess who was here in a minute. Really, when you're freezing or too hot to even think and your system has a problem, there is nothing more important than knowing someone will be here to help. That is this company!
Luis was great. Thanks for sending him

Drain Down, Disconnect, and remove existing Water Heater. Install a new 65 Gallon Rheem Hybrid Heat Pump water Heater in Auxiliary Drain Pan with Alarm. Adapt Hot and Cold Water Pipes to new Water Heater. Install Condensation Drain Piping for Water Heater. Complete Electrical Connections to Water Heater. Fill Tank and purge lines of Air. Setup Water Heater Programming and put into operation. Complete Water Heater Installation Checklist in system upon completion.
Performed heat pump check up check electrical low and high ok replaced filter 16x25x1 check blower compartment and coil ok test 7.5 kw back up heat ok check airflow outdoor unit refrigerant pressures ok capacitor and contactor ok test defrost ok cycle unit ok emailed proposal for water heater replacement with hybrid water heater
Performed Quality Assurance inspection on a newly installed gas furnace and air conditioning system. Checked over entire system. All penetrations sealed, wiring secure and proper. System running great at time of QA.
Reclaimed and removed old ac ,coil and heater. Installed a new amana gas heater with amana coil on top . Adapted all metal as needed and taped and sealed all joints. Ran new copper lines brazed and leak checked. Installed an new condensate drain with a ez trap wired in and new pump and vinyl tubing. T4 stat. Tested unit and it’s running good .
Performed ac tune up, check electrical low and high ok, flushed drain, check air filter, very dirty, check temps split only 10 degrees, supply 63 Reiner 73, check outdoor unit refrigerant pressures 250/105 with 0 degree sub cooling and 41 super heat, informed customer about situation, quoted for refrigerant and customer ok, added 3 lbs of 410 and ran unit for 10 mins pressure 275/130 with 6 sub cooling and 11 super heat, replaced air filter and check supply and return 55 supply and 72 return Cycle unit
Double check flue piping
No cooling, found system off upon arrival, customer was experiencing noise from blower, inspect blower and found broken blower belly, motor shaft is out of phase, and wheel is damaged, unbalanced, all three parts are needed for proper operation called in for pricing, provided pricing on repairs, due to high repair cost would recommend replacing system bill to come out today for proposal on a new system
Performed gas heat boiler tune up check electrical low and high ok cleaned flame sensor assembly ok, flushed and cleared drain trap, check and test boiler operation inputs and outputs ok temperature on sensors ok, performed combustion test ok would recommend replacing all main baskets for next visit ...Maintenance kit for boiler
No ac, found outdoor unit not running, found open capacitor quoted to replace capacitor ok installed new cap and test unit 410 pressures ok check temp split supply 57 return 77 .......350/140
Performed two ac tune ups, one geothermal and one heat pump, check electric low and high ok flushed drain test pump ok, check temp split ok, noticed capacitor for heat pump is running low, customer is aware, check refrigerant pressures ok cycle unit ok on geothermal, filter ok temps on supply and return ok flushed drain and clean coil ok cycle unit ok capacitors for geo unit are starting to be low, right now they are at the 6% tolerance cycle both units ok
Recovered refrigerant and disconnected, removed and disposed of furnace and ac. Installed new furnace on furnace feet, installed new vent piping, reconnected gas line, adapted to existing return metal, created new supply transition. Sealed supply transition. Flushed and pressure tested line set. Installed new coil and new outdoor unit on new pad. INstalled new disconnect box and wiring outside. Installed new condensate drain system with condensate pump and EZ trap. Started up and commissioned new equipment. Tested heating and cooling operation. Filled out all forms. Left unit in Cooling Mode set to 70 degf.
Arrived at customers home. Spoke to Philip regarding what has been going on. Set the agenda and proceeded to the basement. Checked over both indoor and outdoor unit. All pressures and temps are good. Air flow good. Did find some loose connections on low voltage wiring at outdoor unit. Secured low voltage wiring. Tested in Heating and Cooling and all pressures are good. Tried to get it to fault code and system did not. Need to research more into operation of core sense module. System running good when we finished. No charge for this visit.
Geothermal system not working, will work for about 20 mins then would shutdown, check operation check water temp in and out ok 9 degree difference also check supply and rerun air supply 49 return 69 check refrigerant charge ok, unit goes into loss of charge code, bypassed switch for testing and unit works fine no codes and continues to run, faulty switch, we will need to contact manufacturer see if we can add loss of charge on suction line of refrigerant line if not major work will be involved, we will get back to customer once we find out from manufacturer also informed customer about evap coil being dirty
Replace capacitor and contactor, add super boost and removed blower wheel and clean it, service plan included test ac unit cycle ok check r22 pressures ok 180/70 outdoor 69 indoor 69
Performed ac tune up check electrical low and high ok replaced filter check blower cap and wheel, check split ok noticed blower wheel has excessive dust informed customer about situation, check outdoor unit refrigerant r22 pressures ok found weak compressor cap and contactor making buzzing sound, compressor is working harder than usual due to age, recommended adding super boost this will minimize the extra work the compressor is doing during every start, and replace capacitor and contactor, emailed proposal to customer and present solutions
