Performed QA on Trane Gas Furnace/AC System. Homeowner had a lot of questions about the thermostat, rebates, and the financing. He also mentioned the Air Quality measurement did not seem to be working and was stuck on “Calibrating”. Turned power off to system for 10-15 minutes and when the thermostat rebooted the Air Quality sensor calibrated itself. He also mentioned the system drops 1-2 degrees before the heat comes on. He has it set to Eco+ with Enhanced energy savings which causes the thermostat to set itself back to be more efficient. Explained all of the settings and how the thermostat works with the Eco settings. Completed checklist form in system and had finance paperwork signed. *Homeowner was asking about his Financing and also about his final paperwork. I let him know once the financing has been paid to us we can send his paperwork with the PECO rebate information.*
