No hot water, recently installed water heater, found water heater off upon arrival, set to on and check operation, found spark wired shorted making spark at the gas valve tubing, wrapped wire with electrical tape to make sure is not in contact to ground, cycle operation ok set thermostat to hot water heater is running will take couple hours to heat up the water.
Installed and then removed and then installed a new amana gas heater, coil and ac unit. Ran new supply ductwork and return ductwork. Cut in 6 new hits and ran flex from each run. Strapped up flex. Cut in 2 hits for attic and a return to attic. Installed condensate drain with ez trap wired in and new condensate pump. With new vinyl tubing ran over to discharge.
Reclaimed and removed old ac unit. Removed coil and heater from maintaince closest . Installed a new amana heater in existing location with a drain pan underneath. Isntaelld Installed coil on top and taped sides for no air leaks due to tight spot. Installed new condensate vinyl to discharge pipe. Installed a new condensate pump and ez trap wire in. Modified existing return duct location and cut in a new filter rack. Flushed copper line and brazed and leak checked with nitro and bubbles. Installed a new amana ac unit in a new plastic pad. New disconnect box and electrical wiring to unit. Modified gas piping as needed and put a new shutoff valve on.
System is a 50,000 btu furnace with a 3 ton coil and a 2 ton outdoor unit.
