There was concern I smelled gas coming from an area right by my water heater. I called DIBIASE at about 10:30 AM thinking I would have a technician out the following day. The scheduler recognized the urgency of the situation and had a tech out the same day at 5:30 PM. The tech had been to our house before so it was nice to see a friendly face. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and completed the repair quickly as well. The repair was completed in about an hour. As always, The tech was very friendly, personable and answered all my questions.
