Installed a new gas furnace in location where old oil furnace was. Ran flue piping out the back of the house and caulked and sealed all penetrations . Installed a new coil on top of unit. Installed a new condensate drain with an ez trap and ran new vinyl tubing of to utility sink. Installed a new ac on a new plastic pad with a new copper lines and disconnect box, electrical whip to unit and a surge protector. Brazed lines and checked for leaks with nitrogen and spray bubbles. Pumped unit up to 320 psi of nitro. Let vacuum down to 168 microns. Ran new gas flex line from outside where gas meter will be getting installed to the new furnace. Leak checked line with 5 psi of pressure. Installed a new aprilair humidifier and humidistat. Ran new copper water line to water shutoff for humidifier. Ran a new 10 wire from the thermostat to furnace and installed a new t6 stat.
