Performed precision heat tune up on icp propane gas furnace. 20x25x1 air filter is clean. Blew out condensate drain. Checked all electrical conections and components. Checked gas pressure and performed combustion test. Recommend surge protector for ecm blower motor. Gas furnace is working fine at time of service.

Performed gas heat inspection check electrical replace filter flushed drain, clean sensor gas pressures ok combustion test cycle heater ok show customer drain piping, trap is all the way at bottom can't clean trap recommended adding an ez trap and union for better cleaning Also two zones system first floor and second floor, 2nd ok, first floor has two dampers in series combustion controlled by first floor stat, one is stock closed manually open and disconnect damper per customer, to make repairrs 14 in withd by 8 in height ,,, new damper has to be 14x8 with motor damper on the 14 in side

Tested overall system and system is running to factory standards. Water heater . Homeowner states that waterheater shuts down while taking a shower . I tested the water heater and found a dirty flame sensor. I cleaned the flame sensor and recaulked with high temperature caulk to seal . Tested the water heater with the shower and kitchen faucet running . Water heater started up and ran fine . Tested overall operations and the waterheater . Water heater is running to factory standards .
