replaced dual capacitor. checked amps, replaced filter, check refrigerant charge, everything is working properly at this time.
Replaced thermostat in bar area also replaced customer provided filter checked refrigerant level and monitored cooling cycle equipment operating great at this time
Found bar system not working due to bad capacitor. Replaced 70/5 cap and cycled system. Found system low on Freon. Added Freon and system cooling properly. Found garage unit low on Freon. Added Freon and system also cooling properly

Found 40 gallon electric water heater leaking from the bottom. Tank is rusted out. Will replace with new 40 gallon a.o smith water heater. New supply lines, water shut off, pan, and disposal of old water heater. Will also cut out lines feeding water softener per customer request. Water softener no longer in use
