In Midwest City, OK, upgraded to a Rheem Prestige Series high-efficiency furnace, replacing the outdated unit. The new model was sized and installed to meet the property's heating demands while significantly enhancing energy efficiency. Customer very happy and warm!
Currently unclogging a bathroom drain for a client in Midwest City, OK, exacerbated by mineral buildup from hard water. The accumulation caused an artery-like blockage in the plumbing system. Utilizing specialized tools and techniques, cleared the drain, ensuring smooth water flow and preventing future issues.

Customer has a defective thermostat, I jumped wires to diagnose and verify no other issues, customer replaced filter and condenser coil is not dirty, refrigerant pressures are fine
Snaked line from garage floor drain to clear blockage
Ac repair. Found system not coming on due to thermostat wire outside being shorted out. Replaced 15 ft of wire. After system came on we found system low on Freon. Added 1lb of Freon. System is cooling properly. Recommend replacing when time is right
Performed A/C tune up, installed correct size filter , it had the wrong filter size in equipment , I recommend cleaning evaporator coil, also the condenser has the wrong size fuses it call for 35 but it has 45 amp fuses, this could cause electrical issues it cost 93.98 to rinstall place fuses and 243.75 to clean evaporator coil in place
Performed ac tune up. Checked all electrical components and connections. Capacitor was strong, contractor was in good shape. Washed out condenser coils. Freon pressures are good as well as amp draws. System inside is extremely dirty but couldn’t get full access to. System cooling properly
