Conducted thorough maintenance on a furnace, addressing components such as the blower motor and ignition system. Ensured the system is in peak condition.
Replaced dual capacitor, the capacitor was defective it is a 50+5 dual capacitor, I put a 45+5 dual capacitor on condenser , it was the closest size I had on truck stock to restore air conditioner, equipment is operatIng great at this time customer replaced his filter before I arrived. Please reschedule customer for this Friday between 2 and 4 pm to swap the 45+5 dual capacitor to a 50+5 capacitor..no charge for this visit
Gave customer two estimates, one for a complete system and one for condenser and coil only…customer is interested in financing, he will speak with his wife and calm the office once they have made there decision. As of now they have multiple window units as well as portable air conditioners throughout home. Customer also mentioned the furnace is not operating properly and will need to be repaired before it can operate
Leak on hot side poly line going to the washing machine. Reran line from washing machine box to under home past leaking spot. Took before and after pictures and uploaded to invoice.
