Responded to a service call for a clogged toilet. Utilized specialized equipment to clear the blockage swiftly, ensuring efficient flushing. Plumbing system is back to normal.
Responded to a hidden pipe leak causing water damage. Pinpointed the leak source and conducted precise repairs, preventing further structural damage.
Completed a heating system upgrade from an older furnace to a high-efficiency heat pump. Ensured proper sizing and installation for energy-efficient heating and cooling solutions.
Equipment has a refrigerant leak as well as undersized return, making equipment inefficient as well as unreliable. I gave customer estimate to replace 4 ton horizontal equipment which will allow room for extra return as well as return and supply plenum. Customer has an excessive humidity issues will give estimate to install a dehumidifier , 195 to seal air leaks around return , it will cost 2395.00 to install whole house dehumidifier, also I recommend having plumbing looked at as well correcting the pool issues he currently has…customer want seal air leaks around return plenum he will have plumber make sure there is no slab leaks…customer want to make sure there is no slab leak …if there is not a slab leak customer will call us to order dehumidifier .thermostat is not centrally located i recommend centrally locating thermostat for a more accurate reading.,,also thermostat is also located next to utility room which contain washer and dryers when appliances are running it will raise humidity…I did seal return leaks
HVAC Repair - Inspected coils, compressor, fan ,blower an electrical components including refrigerant levels and air filters. All looked good systems are clean well kept
Went out on a call to perform a plumbing service for a customer. Installed a kitchen dishwasher that was provided by the customer. Once installed we tested for drainage, leaks, and overall operation. The customer was pleased with the service.
HVAC Maintenance for a residential customer. When inspecting the system we found that the reversing valve needed to be replaced. We replaced the valve and the system was working properly again. Recommended our deluxe maintenance plan to the customer. Annual maintenance could help us catch replacements for the customer before it causes issues.
