Arrived today to perform a single system heating/cooling inspection on each property #300 & #308.Began inspection at property #300 which is a 2013 Carrier which is responsible for the entire house.Upon arrival tested operation of equipment confirming the indoor & outdoor equipment were both fully operational.Once operation was determined began diagnostic the filter ezflex was new not showing any signs of being discolored or clogged the filter wasn’t replaced on this visit.Blower motor was fully operational not showing any signs of being intermittent or dropping out.Blower wheel was inspected finding it to be dirty when a blower wheel gets dirty it minimizes the efficiency of equipment along with places a strain on parts and equipment which can shorten the lifespan of both a quote has been provided to clean blower wheel.Also inspected indoor evaporator coil finding minimum dirt within the fins along with multiple areas of rust.When a indoor evaporator coil gets dirty it minimizes the ef

Arrived to Low Airflow Airhandler was improperly mounted in home. 1/3 of available supply air is blocked by floor. Floor cutout is designed for an air handler turned 90°. Supply duct underneath home, where the main duct attaches to the air handler is torn and ripped open. Multiple tears in ducts underneath house. Did spring maintenance on single system, operating properly
DCM 1: A/C complete, replaced (1)20x20x1 filter. System is fully functional and operating within manufacturer specifications at this time, refrigerant pressures and temperatures are appropriate for outdoor and indoor weather conditions. Checklist attached.

Call for no heat, on arrival system was calling for heat, homeowner said that when temperatures get low system does not keep up and never has since installed, found that the system was wired incorrectly, Heat-strips was wired to stage 2 and there is no stage 2 so they never got a call to turn on, wired correctly and checked operation heat strips energized, checked pressures they were good pictures attached, she signed up for a maintenance will need to schedule her to return and perform maintenance.

DCM1 service 2 of 2 Heat completed changed (1) 20x20x1 filter, tested system operation’s everything is operating properly at this time attached is Heat maintenance checklist.
No A/c thermostat was set to off on arrival, turned on nothing energized, checked furnace and found that the doors was off homeowner changed filter and forgot to put back on, they said they we’re having issues prior to taking doors off, checked outdoor operation and found compressor bypassing due to high pressure, the condenser was dirty and impacted with homeowner permission cleaned and completed maintenance, compressor is amping high 11.8 RLA is 14.1 but is no longer bypassing, system is running at this time but due to age, condition, multiple part failure is possible at anytime, it is recommended to consider replacing and upgrading system.
