DCM2; Heat completed, replaced (1) F14x20x1, (1) F20x20x1, (1) F16x20x1, both units are operating within manufacturer design at this time. Attached is Heat maintenance checklist.
Upon arrival investigated heat strip contactor, pulling in and out, was losing 24V call at contactor, low voltage in unit, discovered a rats nest as culprit, re-wired, stripped back low voltage wires to ensure all contacts were making proper connections. Was not able to replicate issue afterwards. Belt on unit is extremely worn and tattered, need to replace to prevent any airflow issues, will need a A47. Heat strip sequencer in arching, would strongly recommend replacing heat strip to prevent from burning up.
DCM1 service 1 of 2 Heat completed changed (1) 16x25x4 filter, tested system operation’s everything is operating properly at this time attached is Heat maintenance checklist.
Upon arrival no heat, tested system operation’s, switched to heat and compressor would kick on in AC mode. Unit is straight cool and should not run in winter season, Checked thermostat W(heat) wire was not hooked up, hooked up wire, thermostat is for a heat pump application and unit is not a heat pump, heat only works properly when set to emergency heat, tested operation everything is operating properly at this time.
DCM2 service 1 of 2 Heat Changed (2) 16x20x1 filters, performed heating maintenance per checklist, systems are running at this time.
Replaced damaged corner panel on #9 condenser
Call for system frozen, on arrival system was off, turned on and checked operation system appeared to be running normally while on location let system run for 30 mins and had no issues, pictures are attached system may have a intermittent issue that’s not showing itself while on location.
