DCM1 2/2 ; AC, Changed (1) F20251, Performed Cooling Maintenance Per checklist, found that condensation pump was bad no longer pumping replaced with homeowner permission and pumped 2 gallons of water with no issues, checked operation system is running at this time
DCM2: Service 1 of 2, AC, Changed (2) 16x15x1, Performed Cooling Maintenance Per Checklist, found that the upstairs system is 4-5lbs low on charge did a complementary electronic leak search and wasn’t able to find leak, main level was 2lbs low talked with homeowner and he had me charge up main level and would like a estimate for upstairs system replacement.
Returned to Replace Control board found on previous visit, replaced and checked operation system is running at this time.
Found that the vent had a clog. Cleaned and removed clog.
Call for system not cooling thermostat was off on arrival, turned on and checked operation, found that the outdoor unit was not energizing due to low pressure lockout reset and checked operation pressures are appropriate for indoor and outdoor conditions DeltaT 18, system appears to be running normally at this time picture attached.
No a/c in office building, found that three of the systems compressors are3 phase and was out of phase, the other system has a faulty control board and was not sending 24v to Contactor to turn compressor on need to order added picture of model and serial # Rheem systems.
Picked up excess materials from job
Completed (1) system AC tune up, checked (1) 16x25x4 filter, tested system operation’s everything is operating properly at this time attached is Ac tune up checklist.
Installed thermostats, (2 Heat, 2 Cool ) on both systems. Tested systems in Fan mode, single stage cooling and multi stage cooling. Systems function as designed. Left thermostats in off mode. Unable to test heat, gas lines not connected
Finished connecting return duct to 2nd package unit.
DCM2 :Service 1 of 2, AC, Changed (1) 18x20x1, (1) 16x20x1, Performed Cooling Maintenance Per Checklist, sound that the upstairs has no water protection it is recommended to insanity water safeties to help prevent damage, systems are running at this time.
DCM1 service 2 of 2 Ac completed checked (1) 16x25x4 filter, tested system operation’s, outdoor AC wire is 14 gauge white wire, would recommend increasing side to appropriate 12 gauge wire so that amperage in summer months does not melt current wire. 8-10 feet of electrical whip in between disconnect and outdoor unit. System is operating properly at this time.

Completed dryer vent cleaning for a total of 15 feet.
