I had a 23 year old HVAC system that the AC part died unfortunately. Chris and his helper got the new system installed and up and running in about 4 hours. They did a great job.
I have been using Dobbs for years and they always try and keep my system running. I was able to get 22 years out of it.
The technician went about doing his inspection and repairs in a professional manner. He had to replace a part and explained the reasons for it. He even cleaned out a rats nest and a very dead rat from our air conditioner unit out back.
I have been using Dobbs for many years now and really appreciate the way they help me work through the age of my systems helping get the most out of them until I it is not possible to milk them anymore and then they help me get them changed out with newer equipment.
Dobbs never disappoints . They are on time , efficient and polite .
They were very nice and went out of their way to help me!! Thank yall sooooooo much :)
Great company with great people!
System was shy of about a pound. Added a pound 410a supply was 59 and subcooling was 11. Customer has most off the supply vents covered and house isn’t able to circulate the air properly in the living room areas because of furniture and other stuff. House did cool down after i added the pound.
