To start, I wanted a replacement for a furnace that was under my house in the crawl space. A new furnace cost me about $1200 a year or two ago. The price of a ductless system is much more, so you have to understand the benefits to spend that much more to replace it. Matt is very good at explaining all that. He evaluates how many zones there are and how much of a main unit you need. Matt also explains how the system works. I did not understand how ductless totally worked but Matt took the time to explain it. There were many reasons why I wanted the old furnace replaced but, honestly did not expect the higher price. But when you consider all the benefits, I think it is well worth it.
