Customer had us out because they were having different parts of their home back up and drain slowly. They already have had another plumber come out and he told them there is a belly in the line. I agree with that assessment and I called the home warranty company. I told them what is going on and to fix it we will need to tunnel under the home and replace the lines. We will also need to run a camera to see exactly where the issue is. The warranty company did not accept the claim because it is not normal wear and tear. I gave the customer a quote for us to run the camera in order to make an accurate estimate for fixing the issue, and told her that half the price of the camera would be refunded if she went with us to do the repair.
