Customer had an issue with her water heater not heating, I replaced both thermostats and elements in the unit and was able to correct the problem. However when I turned the water off to the unit, a clog appeared in the kitchen hot pipe. The customer wanted us to replace the galvanized and we ran upon or pex pipe from a 3/4†copper trunk line down to the faucet. We installed new angle stop and reconnected everything. After installation we tested everything and double checked the work and found no other issues at this time.
