Like so many others, I had a pipe burst. I called and left messages at 20+ places, Doctor Rescue called me back. She said let’s see when I could schedule it. My worst fears would be days off, well she said how about between 2 and 6 today, sold. They came fixed it, I got water running again. There was an issue with the shutoff valve, they scheduled that later. It’s all done now, Kelly did a great job and we talked about my days at Ridgid Tool, so I know a little about plumbing equipment. So with cold weather my outside faucet pipe burst. Got the water off but now what. After calling every plumber in Google, only option was a week later. Then this Angle from Dr Rescue called and said could she help. Well the scheduled me for that day. Kelly came out and fixed in no time. Life is now back to normal. Customer had us out to install the new water heater. We drained and removed the old heater. Then we installed new water supply lines, new emergency shutoff valve, new gas valve, new gas supply line, new sediment trap, new t&p valve, and lastly installed a water heater pan and drain line as there wasn’t one there. We then installed the water heater itself and turned the water on. We inspected it for leaks which none were found, and we lit the heater and set it on the manufacture recommendation for the temperature. Everything is working properly at this time, I found no further issues at this time.
On arrival homeowner was concerned about water coming out from the emergency drain. I inspected the primary drain and discovered that the primary was backed up severely. I also discovered that the float switch gets triggered and shuts off the system at the hottest points of the day. I recommend to install a ball valve and to flush the drain line. I flushed the primary drain line and tested operations. The system is working properly at this time.
We replace the 1†main water shutoff valve and a section of 1†cooper with pro press fittings. I insulated copper and valve and tested for leaks. No leaks present.
I discovered 90 degree coupling ruptured on left side of garage. Repaired bad section of pipe and tested joint for leaks, there is no leaks present at this time. Repair is warranty for 1 yr P&L.
I discovered seized up condenser fan motor on rheem unit. I pulled old motor, installed new oem motor. I tested operations everything is working properly at this time.
Non covered cost associated with replacement coil through the home warranty. 6/19/2020- Installed warranty company supplied Lennox 4Ton Upflow Evaporator coil. Performed modifications, installed drain pan and float switch, pulled vacuum and charged to manufacturer specs. System is working properly at this time. Installation comes with 5 year parts warranty and 90 day labor warranty.
Client stated downstairs gets hit and temperature rises. Checked system and found working normal with a 20 degree temperature split. Unit is zoned, turned off and on thermostat to try and recreate the problem but dampers were opening and closing as normal. Explained to homeowner it may be dampers not opening, showed homeowner how to check for airflow and recommended calling original builders as unit is under 1 year of age. Discovered package unit drain lines on all units draining up hill over gas lines and p-traps are not proper and not to manufacture specs. This is causing the drain to leak inside building. We need to repipe all drain lines of all 4 package units. Properly flow drain downhill to drain off building.
Discovered water in drain pan of water heater. Recommend replacing both 40g standard short water heaters or install a tankless water heater. Performed RSC Maintenance on two systems this was the last tune up on agreement need to renew agreement. Install one 40g Standard Short Bradford White water heater. 1yr Limit Labor Warranty and 6yr Limited Manufacture Warranty.
Discovered on front left system both compressors had failed, Electrical circuit connection needs to be replaced as well to restore operations. Also found bottom of unit is leaking into building when it rains outside. Back system has a grounded out compressor, electrical circuit, condenser fan motor and start capacitor. Best recommendation is to replace both systems with new curbs adapters with sealing to roof & new electrical box.

Discovered clogged up drain line. Performed drain clear and made sure drain was working properly.
Performed drain clear on primary drain line on side of house. Made sure it was free and clear.
Found shorted out Control board on condenser unit. Need to order new warranty control board. Installed manufacture warranty supplied control board on condenser unit. Install surge protector on breaker box. Performed Ac maintenance on system.
