Like so many others, I had a pipe burst. I called and left messages at 20+ places, Doctor Rescue called me back. She said let’s see when I could schedule it. My worst fears would be days off, well she said how about between 2 and 6 today, sold. They came fixed it, I got water running again. There was an issue with the shutoff valve, they scheduled that later. It’s all done now, Kelly did a great job and we talked about my days at Ridgid Tool, so I know a little about plumbing equipment.
