Customer had a plumbing stoppage and it was backing up into their bathtub. I called the property management and them how much it would cost for me to clear it and they agreed and paid over the phone so I proceeded. I ran my sewer machine as far as I could go and felt no blockage in the first 50 feet. That’s all the cable I had so I called my coworker who was in the area. He had another 100 feet of cable on his truck so we attached the cable to my machine and ran it all 150 feet. The water level in the clean out did drop about a foot and a half when we pushed through the blockage so we know that is no longer the issue. The water is still in the pipe and won’t go down further so we flushed the toilets a couple dozen times and ran water down the drain for approximately 30 minutes. The level of the water never rose higher which tells me that there definitely isn’t a blockage at this time but there are further issues with the line.
