The people that we spoke to on the phone were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They made our appointment within a very reasonable timeframe, and the process of receiving a quote was very timely and easy. Steve came out to our house and went through the entire process with us. He answered all of our questions at the appointment, and when I had further questions, he spent time speaking with me over the phone and made sure that we had all of our questions answered. They scheduled our furnace and air conditioner replacement quickly, and the work performed went exactly as they explained it would. The technicians were very friendly and knowledgable. They showed up first thing in the morning and worked throughout the entire day without any delays. They were very respectful of our house and left it at the end of the day as clean as it was when they arrived. Tom explained each day what was going to be accomplished and answered any questions that we had. He was very professional and friendly, and he made sure that we were satisfied with their work before they left for the day. Drake Heating and Air was a pleasure to work with, and they have earned all of our future business.
