The first experience with Drake Heating and Air years ago when we put in the heat pump and A/C, set our expectations of the company. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Perhaps a truer picture of how well a company performs, can be seen over the years with maintenance of that system. We have been extremely satisfied with every visit. Our belief is to do preventive maintenance and not wait for something to break before it is checked out. Drake Heating and Air makes that easy and affordable to do. Today, Randy came to do the spring tune-up. It was late afternoon, but Randy arrived with a smile on his face, a professional can do attitude and jumped right in. You would have thought it was his first call of the day instead of towards the end of his day. I could tell by his explanations of the how the Fan worked that he was patience with customers. I am very impressed with the quality of people that work with Drake. I hope to see Randy again on another tune-up. His attitude and professionalism are what makes companies successful.
