but the Drake team certainly made having to make a major purchase (furnace and air conditioning) as easy as possible. Tom, Josh, Keith and Bob (?) were pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. They left the areas they worked in cleaner than they were before. Their explanations were clear and helpful. One very kind and helpful thing they did was to make the access to the furnace filter much easier for me (I'm 74 and it won't get any easier for me to get up in the attic). Thanks, guys!
